I'm in the midst of yet another round of dealing with my mother's endless supply of Playmobil -- it's cute, but it gets exponentially less cute when one's faced with thousands of figures -- and thought I'd pause to show the little Halloween display with some that I'm keeping.
The pumpkin was a really stupid project last year. I thought I was buying the kind of pumpkin you can carve as a roombox. I was not.
What kind of pumpkin can be carved into a room box, because that sounds like a really fun project. I'm assuming you need a specific type of simulated pumpkin from the craft store?

There's a hollow pumpkin of some sort of carve-able styrofoam or resin. They sell for $20+ at craft stores, so it was optimistic of me to think that Target could offer the same for $5.
